Horrific Anti-Bell technology

Recently I learned Mary was committing an Anti-Bell every time she connected to the internet. And she didn't even know it!

You see, Mary was Connecting with an X2 "Modem" from US Robotics. The quotes are necessary because only The Phone Company's modulator/demodulators are truly deserving of being called Modems.

Please understand these X2 "Modems" are incompatible with The Phone Company's K56flex Modems. That makes them Anti-Bell!

Needless to say I informed Mary of her mistake. I called a local computer repair service. In only a few hours she was rid of her sinful X2.

Soon Mary was connecting to the internet with a K56flex Modem. And thank Bell -- I would hate to see Mary become Disconnected.
