Well guys, today ol' Neil can finally tell you how it's done -- last night I came really, really close to getting two girls to go out with me at once! YES!

Of course I couldn't tell you where to go from there if you actually got two girls at once. But I'm sure it's not that tough if you're a team player who utilizes synergy-driven management.

Anyway, on with the analysis!

1. Make them like you for your sense of humor

   I walked up to a pair of hot blond girls and used some of my favorite pickup lines on them, like "Hey baby, what's it like being the best looking girl here tonight?" or even "Are you here to meet the perfect guy or will I do?" Classics!

   Your strategic purpose needs to be goal-oriented, guys. That means your key objective is getting both girls laughing!

2. Impress her with your success

   Drop a few comments about how much money you make, what kind of car you drive and the clothing brands you wear. Otherwise she might not notice your impressive core competencies.

3. Ask her a lot of questions

   You really want to get her talking. Focus on one girl at a time and make small-talk by asking her lots of questions. The more the better.

   But remember this isn't a job interview -- so empower yourself with a quality-driven approach instead of utilizing competitive analysis to reframe the situation.

4. Don't offend by going too fast

   Ladies don't like fast. The clock is the bottom line.

   In fact I moved too fast with those two chicks I was trying to lay, and they walked. Yikes!

Remember, even though you have it all fine tuned down to an art, some women are bitches and will make you feel guilty and bad. Be proactive and they'll come around.
