You use the object tag to link to the flash video itself (SWF file), not to a page that contains the flash video.

It's kinda hard to get a good bit of music fit into a four-frame thingy.

And while I could make it into a movie clip and then do some tricky coding (by tricky I mean basic) to loop the hell out of it, I'd likely get bored halfway through, give myself a bit of a pat on the back and have Coach give me half of a mountain dew to go with half a slice of pizza at the team dinner.
