I'm not going to explain all the lyrics, but here are some "pointers" (har har):

Pointer: a location in RAM
PGP: data encryption software
Context-Free Grammar (CFG): a type of infinite grammar construct used in creating programming languages.
Yacc: a program to generate new programming languages based on CFG.
Garbage collection: if data is loaded into RAM that won't be used, "garbage collection" deletes it
/dev/null: on a Linux/Unix system you can send the output of programs here if you don't care about it
