How do you post youtube videos like that?

On the right side of the page, next to the video, there is a box. The box has a description of the video, when it was added, etc. There is a bar that is labeled "URL", and directly underneath that one is another bar labeled "Embed". Copy and paste, and you're in the game, my friend.
