I just saw the movie Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix! It was the best Harry Potter movie so far!
I thought it wouldn't be good at first, because the book is the longest out of the series (870 pages), and the movie is the shortest (just over 2 hours), but it was fucking awesome! They did a great job of taking a long book and making it into a reasonably short movie, unlike with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, where the book wasn't very long, and the movie was short and left out SO MANY important details.
Twinklestar didn't like it because she said it was to dark and angsty, and the previous movies, especially the first two, were a lot happier. I say that they're not supposed to be happy, and it makes perfect sense that Harry's always pissed off. Let's see, his whole family except the Dursleys is dead, he watched Cedric Diggory get murdered the previous year, and now everyone thinks he's an insane, lying feak for saying Voldemort's back after he fought him and almost got killed himself. Yeah, I'd be mad too. The angry mood of the movie makes it even better.
You can see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix at a theater near you at 12:01 a.m. tomorrow. THAT'S RIGHT, I GOT TO SEE IT EARLY! PWNAGE!
Aha, Angry_Jerk. I wanted to do that and open it to the last page and read it out loud through a loudspeaker. OH NOES KEVOSK IS TO BE B7 FROM HIS LOCAL BOOKSTORE
I wonder how long it's going to take HP to realize that we don't like it when her middleschool friends join up here and have MSN-esque conversations in threads.
